From the moment I called Reliable Van & Storage i was greeted with Mike, who came out to my office (medical clinic), and he did a walk-through with me, and gave me a professional quote of what to expect and how he would prepare me for the move. I was ”sold” from the moment he walked out. His professionalism was out of this world, and just down to earth energy was so compelling I had all the reassurance I needed from that very first introduction!! Amazing. Preparing for the move with Mike and his team (Renee) was so easy as well! They were on top of it with reaching out, and communicating with me throughout every step of the way. I for one am very illiterate with the moving knowledge and termination so there were a lot of different words that were new to me that I wasn’t aware of or knew what to expect out of something, but I called up Renee and she easily reassured me in providing me with all the knowledge and detailed information I needed to move forward with what to expect. It was so helpful and she’s just so incredibly pleasant!! On the moving day, Mike showed up an hour earlier to help me prep to get me ready for this move so when his crew came, they just boxed it up and rolled out! Simon and Junior, his top crewmembers, were so easy to work with as well. Even when I wanted to look at the truck to make sure everything was positioned OK, they allowed me to without getting upset. This experience was out of this world!! i can’t say it enough!! Look NO further!!
