Very disappointed. I just needed a few heavy items moved as I explained to George V when making the reservations. The drivers were sent out thinking they were doing a four hr minimum move. I was under the impression they knew they were there to only grab heavy things. They dragged out the move. I was getting frustrated with the talking on the phone, the smoke breaks, the going to the corner convenience store. When the time came to pay them at the 3.5 hr mark - the lead guy Junior - said it was a four hr minimum. I said oh hell no. It all makes sense in hindsight, the lingering, I said to him if I were paying for the four hr minimum don't you think I would have been saying take everything? I moved out of a one bedroom apt with below avg possessions per George V when setting up the appt. I was on a low budget as explained over and over when making the reservation, stating I can go other places if it's a problem, but George V stated no problem. I was duped by George V. NO COMMUNICATION GEORGE! I paid for the 3.5 hrs only after communicating with George, but it sucked. The move should have taken two hrs max. I still had a lot of stuff to carry myself after paying for professional fees. Never again will I use this company nor will I ever recommend them. Very disappointed.

We understand that even though some moves won't take long, our company does have a 4 hour minimum, as you mentioned in your review and is noted on all paperwork sent to customers before they sign. We do apologize that George was difficult to get ahold of, your Move Coordinator should have been your point of contact for concerns as George was in appointments.
