Brent, our driver, and everyone on his team at both ends were terrific. They were on time and worked diligently. Brent had the rig in place the night before at our new home and was out before 6:30am getting started. We didn't just enjoy them as workers but people you'd like to be friends with. Krystal was superb in coordinating all aspects of the move and Ruben and his team were punctual and professional. Everything arrived on time and in great condition. I am very appreciative of the services rendered by Crystal, Samantha and Jonathan, as well as Jay and Alex who did the physical move. I did not require traditional moving services but rather getting boxes out of a storage unit and into my home. They worked with me with the time of pickup as I don’t drive and had to arrange my arriving at the site. I would recommend them without reservation.

I would highly recommend using Allied. Everyone was kind and respectful. Arrived on time, took great care with everything they packed, there were no extra charges at the end of the move. I would definitely use them again. I had a problem with the closing on my home and they held everything on the truck until I was ready also they were very accommodating when I had to change date of move.

This is the third time I move across the Atlantic using Allied. They have won my trust due to excellent customer service. Their account officers are responsive and the employees who do the packing and unpacking are hard-working, honest and respectful. Not once has any of my belongings been stolen or gone missing. As for damages, over 99% of my goods arrived clean and in the same condition as when packed. Only one item of many was damaged in my most recent move, but the insurance offered by Allied covered it. All in all I am a very happy customer who will surely come back to Allied when I need to move for a fourth time.

My experience with both customer service and the moving crew was phenomenal. Every one was polite, profession, courteously, and extremely supportive. The moving crew was efficient and thorough, they were a pleasure to work with. They did not mind when I asked to move a fewer of the heavy items a "little left, a little bit right". They were the most thorough, upfront, moving service I've used. Not excellent communication but definitely above average which I very much appreciated. They were amazing at packing and taking care of my belongings. I felt confident they would take care of me and make sure my things got from NYC to San Francisco and it did! I would recommend them and use them again in the future!
