It's sad when you have to ship items from an estate to different members of the family across country. Reliable handled all my grandmother's antique furniture with TLC and everything arrived at both destinations in good shape. The movers were very courteous and professional on both ends of the journey. I would recommend the service Reliable provides for any kind of move.

Dear George, Just wanted to write you a THANK YOU note. The move from New York to Florida was a scary thought for me. I have heard many nightmare stories from people with long distance moves so I really didn't know what to expect and thanks to you and Reliable Van my move was the complete opposite. I have to say that from the time you picked up your phone until the time my very last box came off of the truck there was not one thing that went wrong. It couldn't have gone any smoother. You took the time to explain everything that I needed to know. You were knowledgeable, kind, patient and professional. You even offered your cell phone number for me to call you at anytime with questions and/or problems. As for the estimated price quote and billing, it was almost to the penny!!! And there were no hidden charges!!! Exactly what I was told is exactly what happened - for me that was peace of mind. Denise Brennan in the billing department who handled the payment process was a pleasure. The pick up and drop off movers were on time, worked in a timely manner and handled my possessions as if they were gold. They were professional, friendly and polite. There was an inventory list made at the time of pick up and a check list that confirmed all of my belongings at the time of drop off. Everything was so organized and I have to say that I am truly grateful to you and all of your associates at Reliable Van & Storage . Completely happy with Reliable. I had a very small (less than 20 item shipment) to go to England. It included several large pieces of antique furniture. I called Reliable only five days before I wanted it picked up, and they were able to send someone (excellent!) the next day to give me an estimate which was complete and reasonable (including everything up to the delivery and unpacking in England). The following Monday the movers arrived and packed everything very carefully and quickly. The packing crew was also very friendly. Would I use them again? Yes.

Over the past twenty five years I have had the privledge or sentence of moving multiple times. From moving my office of 3, then my office of 60, my family, my in-laws, other family members or simply a storage locker, we've experienced it all. Total moves over this time period come to about 12. By far, Bob and his team of movers were the best! My top compliment to them at the time and now, is that they moved my family belongings as if they were their parents or grandparents. Every item was wrapped and padded. The house we moved from was treated as if it were the house we were moving into. Overall, outstanding job. My advise, it you're moving, call Bob and his team at Reliable!

We recently moved from NJ to Atlanta and cannot say enough good things about the team, Orst and Diane and their worker George. Denise brennan was the move co-ordinator. They were the Best! they worked around us, packing and boxing whatever they could in order to not inconvenience us (yes - we were still living in the house - with 3 kids). They were hard working, caring and accommodating! The move went smoothly and only one minor scratch which was restored perfectly within 3 days of discovering. I can honeslty say they get 5 stars from my wife and I and I hope others are fortunate enough to move with this team.

Generally the move went smoothly but two areas could be improved: -It should not be the customers responsibility to arrange parking for the truck,particularly at the destination, since customers would naturally be unfamiliar with a new geographic location. -Labeling of boxes needs to be better.

The entire process from the initial estimate, till the time they removed the final packing material, was handled in a very smooth and professional manner. Unlike to my last corporate move, with Moving Star which was a complete and utter nightmare from beginning to even weeks after the move, this move with Reliable was awesome. I have and will continue to recommend Reliable Movers to anyone moving. Prices were competitive and the service Excellent!
