My experience with Reliable was shockingly simple. One phone call and the entire process of relocating an entire home of furniture and clothing was taken care of. Reliable also stored my belongings in their warehouse until I was ready for the move. My move date was confirmed and I received updates from the local office as well as e mails and phone calls from the representatives in Miami. Everything arrived exactly when promised and not a single item was missing or damaged. All of my furniture was wrapped for protection and my clothing was boxed on hangers and actually arrived unwrinkled, just as they were left hanging in the closet. The staff was courteous and professional and anxious to accommodate me. I highly recommend Reliable for a local or long distance move. The process could not have been easier. I was totally impressed and very happy to have been taken such good care of.
