Mine was a simple move of a couple of bedroom sets and some exercise equipment. Because my move was so small, I was given a three day window when the movers would show up - that was OK, but it was a bit frustrating that they could not pin down the exact date until 24 hours before they were going to show up. Gina was helpful to try to get us a date sooner, and we ended up finding out a couple of days before the date they arrived. The team that packed my furniture was friendly and quick. The next frustration came with the delivery of the furniture. It did not arrive within the delivery window because it was shipped to another city by mistake. My team arrived on time and quickly and proficiently wrapped, taped and sealed all of my furnishings, taking special care of my glass-top tables. Very impressed with their professionalism. It was a rainy moving day and yet not a single item was wet or otherwise damaged. At my new residence the team took great care to place everything exactly where I directed. Reliable moved me interstate from NJ to DC. The entire process was simple and stress free from assessment to the move date. George was personable, efficient, and detail oriented in getting my estimate completed. The moving crew were polite, professional, and very careful with my things, especially the items they custom packed because of fragility. They let me know when they'd be arriving and were on time and incredibly efficient. Very reliable and on time . Experienced movers and fast in and out move. All furniture was carefully wrapped and packed and handled with care. All boxes were delivered and placed nicely, not tossed or thrown. Everything went swimmingly! From start to finish, Reliable was professional; on time; and did what they said they would do. We had gotten two lower bids but, based upon posted reviews as well as past experience, we went with the slightly higher cost given by Reliable. And we do not regret it - money well spent!
