My wife and I completed an interstate move last week out of NJ- Reliable was great. They hit the delivery times as promised (and importantly, hit the timing of the elevator reservations), packed everything efficiently and delivered with no damage. Very effective and polite moving teams, and special thanks to George and Gina for all their help with the process.

It was a tough move from White Plains, NY to Hawaii. Stuff was in two locations: in the apartment and in nearby storage. It took two days to pack everything and load a truck. The Reliable took a great care of cradling of our ornate mirror. Their packing crew (a foreman first name is Cesar) was very careful and efficient. Entire process: evaluation/preliminary quote (Mr. Gavin Parker), scheduling/monitoring (Ms. Sonia Gonzales), packing/loading (NJ crew), unloading/unpacking (HI crew) - was performed in timely fashion to our full and great satisfaction, and with cost lower than that of the Reliable's competitors. I have moved 5 times in six years. This last move was across the country and we used Reliable Movers. Wow! What a huge difference in moves. They were fantastic. The office kept you promptly informed about everything. The actual moving team did the same. They were efficient, professional on both ends of the move. They took great care of my furniture. They were by far the best moving company I have ever used and would recommend them to anyone. I'd give them a total thumbs up
