We moved from a 6,000 sq foot house, three floors plus a basement, to Charlotte NC. Reliable staff were efficient and careful, everything was carefully packed and loaded. They took the stress out of our move, and kept solving last minute problems, always saying, "don't worry about this, we'll take care of it." They delivered on time, all arriving in perfect shape. Thank you to the fantastic driver, who managed to bring his huge truck close to the house, to Ashley and to Bill, our first class estimator. Not only the costs did not overrun, but we ended up with a refund check! We would use them again to go anywhere!

My move was from NY to Delaware. The crew that took care of my move was terrific. They took great care with my possessions and worked diligently until every item was on the truck. I was fortunate to have the same crew unpack my items down in Delaware. They worked almost non-stop and positioned all my furniture exactly where I asked. My overall experience from the estimate to the final move was most satisfying.

I moved from a home to a 2 bedroom apartment. It was a small move (i.e., major downsize) but each item included in the move was given "the white glove treatment." Even the cushions on my sofa were separately padded and wrapped! George was great at estimating the moving cost and getting the ball rolling. Lisa was fantastic at coordinating the move, promptly responding to messages and phone calls. And the movers themselves were incredibly pleasant and careful. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a move!

Our move to Myrtle Beach was a little complicated. We had to vacate our NJ house in October but our new house would not be ready until January. Reliable held all our household items in storage for 4 months. George and Jessica did a great job coordinating our move and everything worked out great. They explained everything,The cost estimate was almost exact and the service was extraordinary. Firstly, I would like to commend Lisa Ostrowski from Reliable's coordination staff. I called her more times than I can remember with questions, etc. She was always so courteous and helpful and answered every question I presented to her to my satisfaction. Hurray to Lisa!! Secondly, the staff of three (3) movers that arrived in a timely manner were great. The managing mover explained the procedure of checking off on the inventory sheet as an item came into my home, etc. The efficiency, helpfulness and pleasant personalities of the three added to make my delivery fast, and not stressful at all. They went out of their way to be helpful and I would recommend Reliable (5 stars) and their staff anytime. THANK YOU.

We couldn't believe how efficient Junior and his team worked to move us from our busy Brooklyn apartment to our new home in NJ. All the guys were extremely nice and accommodating. We moved from NYC to Chicago. I asked quotes from 5 different movers and chose Reliable/Allied. Move went without a hitch. In fact, 2 days before our move, our elevator went out of order and we live on the 5th floor. The guys showed up for both a pack day and a move day and took it in stride. Not a complaint.
