Reliable van and storage was exceptional with our packing, loading, and delivery into our home. The crew was on time, professional and careful with our belongings. Lisa our relocation specialist was very helpful when we had potential unexpected issues with our move. Cesar the driver was fantastic. Reliable Van representing Allied Van Lines worked out great for the move from New York City to Orlando, Florida. They gave a reasonable quote for packing and moving out of the 5th floor walk up studio apartment, brought three very hard workers who had the pack up done in no time. They arrived in Orlando at the front end of the window of delivery with two of the three workers who had packed up the apartment. We have unpacked everything and nothing was broken. The move was handled well from beginning to end.

Recently did a full house move, and it can be stressful. These guys were great to deal with, took extraordinary care of our items, and finished a day early! They took the stress out of the move! But to all of the negative reviewers, treat people the way you'd like to be treated. It wouldn't hurt to give the guys some food and drink, along with something extra for their hard work! You'd be surprised at how far that will get you!

Very disappointed. When I made the reservation it was made with the intention of only taking the heavier items. The movers showed up on time. I showed them what I wanted moved and they started work. I noticed that they were sort of moving slow, taking smoke breaks, talking on the phone, going to the corner convenience store. I stopped them from taking certain items because they were slow. I said you guys need to hurry up. They kept dragging along. When all the stuff was finished moving they presented me with the bill. It was for the four hour minimum that they were under the assumption they were working. George V, the guy who set up the appt never communicated to them it was a budgeted move. I paid for the 3.5 hrs they were there but will never use this company nor recommend them to anyone. This is the second time posting this review as they must get taken off the site. Just be aware they drag out the move to make the minimum. Slackers.
Small Move
Very disappointed. I just needed a few heavy items moved as I explained to George V when making the reservations. The drivers were sent out thinking they were doing a four hr minimum move. I was under the impression they knew they were there to only grab heavy things. They dragged out the move. I was getting frustrated with the talking on the phone, the smoke breaks, the going to the corner convenience store. When the time came to pay them at the 3.5 hr mark - the lead guy Junior - said it was a four hr minimum. I said oh hell no. It all makes sense in hindsight, the lingering, I said to him if I were paying for the four hr minimum don't you think I would have been saying take everything? I moved out of a one bedroom apt with below avg possessions per George V when setting up the appt. I was on a low budget as explained over and over when making the reservation, stating I can go other places if it's a problem, but George V stated no problem. I was duped by George V. NO COMMUNICATION GEORGE! I paid for the 3.5 hrs only after communicating with George, but it sucked. The move should have taken two hrs max. I still had a lot of stuff to carry myself after paying for professional fees. Never again will I use this company nor will I ever recommend them. Very disappointed.
