I have used Reliable three times in the past six months. Our move required many different stages and your crew as always exceeded our expectations. They took their time in making sure that every item was safely packed and placed on the van. I felt sorry for the crew since they were working non-stop for five hours. All my things arrived perfectly within the time frame that Jessica gave us. I have to say that I have dealt with many moving companies in my life but I've never had the experience of someone actually unpacking and organizing my clothes in my closet. Jennifer handled the details of my move and kept in constant contact during the move. Dave Zayas and crew was experienced, professional and courteous. They called 15 minutes before arrival. I have made quite a few moves in the past, only to have disappointments and issues each time. This time I have only excellent comments. From the initial contact with Bill Jackson to the crew that came - all was outstanding. Bill was thorough and informative. The manager, Nastasia, and the driver, Asmeed, were superb. The entire staff that was here with them did a great job. All were very polite and respective. They were here to do a job and did it well and timely. I would recommend Allied to anyone.

I can't say enough about this company. Robert Conway & his crew were wonderful! Called me 15 min before arrival & were on time. They were so polite & very careful with all my furnishings. It was a bit of a challenge getting the furniture into my apt but never once did they complain. Jennifer called from the office twice to see how things were going. I absolutely intend to use this company again on my next move.

My husband and I contacted several companies for our retirement move to FL. From the rep that visited us, the phone contact in the office, to the driver and work crews on each end, everything was perfect. Nothing was broken or lost. Everything was detailed with precision. We are an "older" couple moving from New Jersey to North Carolina, who actually enjoyed a stress-free move. Jessica handled all the details and kept in constant contact, before, during and after our move. We needed a shuttle service for our things because our street was so narrow in NJ - our team of three in NJ not only maneuvered through the narrow street, but maneuvered through our tiny cottage in no time and one week later, our things arrived safe and sound. George, the driver and his team mate accounted for everything upon arrival in North Carolina - nothing missing and everything intact. We were not only pleased with everyone's professional manner, but their kindness and the caring way they took care of us and our things. I might also add, we moved a motorcycle, it arrived in pristine condition. While we are hoping this is our very last move, if we ever had to do it again, we would only use Reliable/Allied.
