Reliable Van carried out a smooth and efficient move with excellent customer service from start to end. My first interaction was with George, a Relocation Coordinator, who went through a detailed inventory with me both over the phone and then in person. He also supplied me with boxes for the move. He was quick to return my phone calls, professional, and easy to talk to. He never made me feel rushed and answered my never ending list of questions. He put me in touch with another move coordinator who was able to sort out my pick up date and my estimated drop off date. She also gave me her contact information so that I could call her if I had any questions. The team that loaded my boxes and furniture from New Jersey (a group of 4 - Mike's crew) were professional, efficient, careful with all my belongings, respectful of my things and apartment (making sure to pack everything securely while taking care not to scratch walls or floors in my apartment). They also arrived at my apartment at exactly the time they had told me they would. It was an extremely hot day when they came to collect my belongings and I remember them working diligently, barely stopping for a sip of water as they packed and loaded my belongings onto the truck - they were all business and did their job with smiles (extremely hard-working).
