My move with Allied/Reliable was just completed. It was a long distance move from NYC to Florida. Before choosing a mover, I had several major moving companies come to give me estimates. It was a very easy choice as Reliable was so prompt to respond to my initial request, the only company who arrived on time for the estimate, provided a very fair price and accurate description of my move items. They responded immediately to any question I had and went above and beyond to accommodate my move date. The movers on both the NY and FL side arrived on time, were extremely professional and very efficient and easy to work with. My furniture arrived well within the window of delivery I was promised and everything got here was in perfect condition. I would highly recommend them. It was a great experience from start to finish. It couldn't have gone more smoothly and no stress. I definitely made the right choice!

I found that from the very beginning my experience with the moving professionals at Allied Reliable was extremely courteous and professional. Jon-Paul and Jessica made moving my most valuable asset (my 90yr old mother) safely and competently from New York to Atlanta Georgia. The moving crew was excellent. As a senior citizen, I had some real concerns regarding my move from New York to Florida. But from the first phone call with George, I knew I was in good hands. With his professionalism and patience, we were able to determine how many boxes I would need which he hand delivered several days before the move and to estimate cost. I was then contacted by Lisa who would facilitate the move re the dates, times, etc. Wilson and his crew arrived and was expert in wrapping several items and placing onto truck. Everything arrived safely and was off-loaded with the same care and attention to detail. Everyone with whom I had contact was extremely professional and polite making the move as seamless and stress-free as possible. Many thanks to a great team for being available every step of the way!

My move with Reliable Van & Storage was perfect. From my initial contact with my personal coordinator Lisa who keep in contact with me during the pre-move, during the move and upon completion. Sheanswered all my questions and anticipated my concerns. The moving crew lead by Jr. was meticulous. My floors and walls were protected with floor and wall coverings and they move everything with care. They were polite, professional and worked very hard on a very hot day. Reliable Van & storage personnel took the stress out of moving. I highly recommend them.

My experience with reliable was great they answered all my questions at all times my coordinator was helping me the whole way her name is lisa and she is great they gentlemen who moved me were very nice and took care of my furniture as if it was there own. I would most definetly use they again if ever I should move because moving is so hectic but they made it easier.

Reliable's staff arrived on time and ready to go. They were skilled and worked quickly and efficiently to finish our packing and load our house. It was nearly 100 degrees that day, but that did not slow them down. They were a delight to work with and finished the long day in good humor! All of our belongings arrived in excellent condition. If we have to move again (hopefully NOT for a long time), we will use Reliable.

Estimator (Jon-Paul) was calm, careful, and complete, and very much gave me confidence that he and the crew that would do the move understood the particulars of the job and my individual concerns. Jennifer (the day-of-move coordinator) did a good job in communicating with me in the days before, and was responsive when I gave a few panicky phone calls. Was told I would have a two-person crew; the day of move three guys turned up, which made things go quicker (no change in price). They were personable, quick, careful, and efficient, and we were out of my house in under 2 hours. The only odd note was they asked me for drinks. I was happy to, but having basically cleaned out the house, I really didn't have much to offer. I would have thought they'd bring those during a hot summer month. Once in NYC, the load in to the apartment and then the storage unit went well. Props to the driver for backing into a narrow loading zone on a busy street, all in one go. That was amazing! All in all, a cost effective and stress free experience!
