We moved from NJ to CA. Our stuff was picked up promptly on date and delivered on date. No delays . The movers packed our furniture etc very carefully and delivered again in the same condition . All the workers were very nice, courteous and friendly. Hector the driver was very responsible and nice. Everything went smoothly . The coordinator Jessica was nice and understood our needs. Overall a good experience . No problems.

Compared several moving companies for a work-related move to another state hundreds of miles away. Reliable's quote was the most detailed and transparent; they give you a "guaranteed not to exceed" quote listed the exact amount of boxes, with inventory of all items so you know up front the maximum cost of the move, which helped my "peace of mind". Reliable was also very flexible, as we started out wanting a partial pack of our items, and discovered later we really needed a full pack. Estimate was updated in literally minutes and surprisingly was not that much more expensive. Our salesman, Bill Jackson is probably the most knowledgeable guy in the business and was a great resource during the move. Reliable has the process down to near science. The packers were extremely hard working, courteous and fast. The actual moving crew, led by Ashmeed and Natasha were first rate. Reliable's team was always on time and responsive. Moving is stressful enough, go with professionals even if it costs a little more.

This company was recommended by a real estate company that I am working with. They gave me a excellent price and moved my whole entire contents of my condo to my new house in about 4 hrs. They arrived nice and early and had a game plan to move me as quick a possible and boy the went over and above of what's was expected. I was truly impressed at how efficient the whole operation was.
