This was the second coast-to-coast move for us in 13 months and the entire Reliable team was absolutely fantastic. Michael, our agent was wonderful and got everything arranged for us very quickly and efficiently and followed up with every request and activity. Our driver Giovanni was awesome. A great communicator and team leader, everything he did to get us moved in was PERFECT. Super nice guy and his crew was fantastic too. Thank you so much, and we will 100% recommend you to all our friends and colleagues.
Fast, courteous and professional
Both the teams for packing/loading and unloading we’re attentive and careful with our things. Very professional. Went above and beyond to see that our needs and requests were met with a smile. Mike, the supervisor, was really on top of things. N.B. If you hire these guys please make lunch other than pizza!!! They will appreciate it.

Do yourself a favor and choose this company for your move. I have moved often and have never experienced such professional and courteous service. I received a video call quote from Deidre who was so helpful which was followed up with a very competitive quote from Kristin. Stephen was in regular contact to finalize the move and assist with any questions or concerns I had. The updates were regular and so helpful. Day of the move, Randy and his crew came in and were so careful with my possessions and packed things and transported them with professionalism. They were very mindful that moving is stressful and they did everything they could to alleviate my fears. I can't stress enough the excellent service you will receive. Do yourself a favor.....USE THEM!!!!!

Great Movers!
We moved from CT to IL in July. Reliable gave us a quote via a phone call, and came in with the lowest price. Unfortunately, our load was underestimated significantly by the estimator and we did have to pay extra after it was loaded due to that, but the final price was still competitive with the other quotes and the increase was reasonable. But otherwise, the movers themselves were excellent. Brent was friendly and handled our items expertly. The under-estimate and the size of our apartment complex meant it took the two movers over 8 hours to load everything, but they stayed until the job was done. It was also 95 degrees outside - we were very thankful for their help. Unloading was excellent too - they arrived within the window and it went much quicker thankfully. Nothing was damaged or missing. Thanks Brent!

Brent and his wife helped me with the greatest move of my life! They were very professional, on time, jovial and communicated with me throughout the entire process! I would recommend them to any looking to move as they made this transition to my new home the most seamless experience ever! All of the furniture arrived on time and in the same condition. The pick-up and delivery went Excellent! Thank You to the whole team that was involved! Jessica VanBuskirk and Jonathan Monico took away a lot of my stress by always being available when I reached out to them. I can’t remember a time I reached out to either of them and they didn’t respond right back. Again, I want to thank you guys…it’s obvious you enjoy what you do because you both do it so well, and if you don’t enjoy it, you should, because you are both Great at it! You made what could have been a stressful endeavor a bearable and ‘almost’ stress free event. And I can’t leave out Ramon (the driver), he just rounded out your perfect team. Exceptional Service - Made Our Lives Easy!
The entire team at Reliable, from customer service to the movers, were exceptional to work with. While the move from my old house to the new one was only several miles, it required a full pack up of my previous single family house, plus a pit-stop at a storage facility nearby for another pickup, and then off to my final destination. With a growing family of three young children, moving seemed like a very daunting task that we were fearful of, but the Reliable crew provided seamless service and even packed up my entire house - from the kitchen drawers to bookshelves and bathroom vanities, they did it all (saving my wife and I much time and stress). It's no surprise that the Reliable team is consistently a top rated moving business in the region!
