My family had a wonderful experience with this company on our long distance move. The whole staff was professional, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Bill was extremely thorough. I was comfortable with every step in the process. He also delivered boxes, etc promptly when asked and had a wealth of tips for us. Our move coordinator Jessica called to check in periodically through the process and was also quick to respond with any questions. Mike our field coordinator and the guys were careful with our belongings and made sure everything was in the right place when we arrived. They were also available after the move when we could not find a few things. They knew exactly where they were and got back to us right away. We were very impressed with the whole team and highly recommend them to anyone planning a move. They made a normally stressful situation a smooth transition.

My wife and I had our household goods moved from NY to FL. They made the process seamless. From the sales rep to the office to the driver, we were keep in the loop the whole way. They pick-uped and delivered right on time. I would highly recommend them for any move u have.

From my first contact with Allied/Reliable, through the delivery, everyone was professional, competent, friendly, and helpful. Erin started the process and Tom handled the actual move. We went from Brooklyn to Colorado and never once worried. Allied/Reliable was not the lowest quote, but I still chose them since their customer service was wonderful.

The Reliable Van Line team, George, Jennifer, Fidel, and Ray made the emotional task of moving treasured estate furniture from NY to NC. They stayed with through every step and reassured me that all would arrive fine. Fidel and his crew were professional, courteous, and treated my possessions as if they were their own.They made sure all arrived safely and in good condition.
