The whole Allied Moving experience was very pleasant bill was extremely informative and very patient with me as I made multiple changes Jennifer did a great job and coordinating everything and Spencer and his team was fantastic and packing up boxes and accommodating my last minute changes. When delivering to my home in South Carolina he was more than helpful to my wife and made the whole experience very very pleasant would highly recommend them

Outstanding ! everyone at Reliable is just that; reliable, friendly, professional, answers all questions. This was our first, and hopefully last, long distance move, from the quote to moving day to delivery day. The movers themselves, what a great crew of men, again friendly, professional, respectful of all our stuff and our neighbors we have already recommended Reliable, wish I could remember everyone's names who helped us but from Jon Paul, Kathryn, Shawn and his crew but Thank You to all for making this an easy move.

I am so delighted to write this review about Reliable Van and Storage. I can’t say enough about them. We relocated from Queens, New York to South Carolina after 44 years. As stressful as that was, Reliable and their team made it so easy. From my first telephone call with George who did my inventory to Tom who put the team together, everything went off without a hitch. Carlos and his team arrived and went right to work loading up the truck and then moved on to our storage unit where they did the same. They were as professional and courteous as I have ever seen. Then when our stuff arrived in SC, Winston along with his assistant Roger arrived as scheduled and went right to work, also extremely professional and courteous. I can’t say enough about them. They are a real credit to your company. Not one item was missing or damaged. Then Tom followed up with a phone call asking how everything went. The entire process couldn’t have been more perfect. I would definitely recommend Reliable to anyone who has to make a move and I would certainly use them again. Thank you Reliable!

Reliable (Allied) Exceeded Expectations at all Phases Move started with Diane doing a detailed inventory and discussing my needs on this long distance move to North Carolina. She has decades in the industry in different roles and it showed; very nice and very professional. Leading up to the move I worked with their coordinator Jennifer and was in touch with the Moving Supervisor - a gentleman named Spencer. Spencer called the day before to confirm the arrival time. He and his team arrived at the time agreed. Spencer laid out the work plan and the team got to it. Things were packed (many items required special treatment as I had large statues, golf clubs, and 50+ paintings). The packing went as planned - no drama. The unpacking, which included leaving no boxes behind, was also no drama. We had no breakage through the move (not even a glass), and Spenser make sure everything (beds, tables, etc.) were put back together right as needed. Spencer has 3 decades in the industry. He takes pride in his work; is excellent in communicating expectations, problem solving, and most importantly diligent at managing his team to ensure they do the packing, moving, and unpacking to the highest possible standards. We had a great experience with Reliable Van & Storage. They were friendly and helpful from the moment we started working with them. On the day of move in, they also arrived early and were very friendly & accommodating and all my stuff made it to my new place in the same condition in which it was picked up. Tom and George were really great to work with. From the start they were very professional, always answering questions and providing all the necessary documents to make our move a very smooth transition. We packed the smaller items and the Reliable team came through and packed all the large and meaningful items. The moving team was on time, detailed and even provided a few complimentary boxes.
