Reliable/Allied did a great job on my cross country move. Everything happened as they said it would from initial contact through completion of the move. We moved cross country and had much to coordinate and it helped the move went as planned. All of the contacts, Jon-Paul, Jennifer and Spencer were polite, comsiderate and most careful of our privacy and personal belongings. Once on site for loading and unloading, Spencer and his crew worked tirelessly to pack, load, transport, unload and unpack. Everything was hand Ed with care and all contents delivered in proper condition. Thank you to the Reliable/Allied team for their good work.

We moved from New York to Florida, including 9 months of storage of our possessions. After many changes (by us) of the final delivery date, everything was received in perfect condition, and at the agreed date and time. The moving men were polite, professional, and efficient, and our coordinator was very helpful during the scheduling process.

Bill Jackson made a great first impression on me when he gave me a quote. He was professional, friendly, through, and incredibly accurate with our assessment. Jennifer coordinated the move and was available with questions. Spencer, our driver, handled the rest. He was proactive and realistic with packing, he was punctual (early!) loading and unloading our truck, and realistic regarding arrival time for a long distance moves. Hd leads by example. I’ve never seen someone work so hard and people so happy to work for him. Friendly guy! All the packers, loaders, and unloaders were amazing! Second move with Allied and I’d do it again!

Crystal and Mike kicked things off with my inquiry with nothing but professionalism and easy to understand instructions on how to get my move off the ground. They were classy and prompt. Originally I was planning on getting multiple quotes. After meeting with Deidre I canceled my other appointments and rent with Reliable. We just completed our move from NJ to SC and couldn’t have been more pleased. Our coordinator Jennifer advised us when the movers were to arrive. Mike and team showed up promptly the day of the move. He and his staff worked expediently and were complete professionals. Mike was kind enough to give us his cell just in case we needed to contact him for anything. Mike text the day before our furniture was to arrive in SC and once again was prompt. They placed all furniture and boxes in the exact location I requested. There was not one issue with the move. I would highly recommend Reliable to anyone making a move, especially a long distance one. Appreciated the follow up from both Deidre and Jennifer to make sure all went well.

I recently moved from NYC to Florida and I am so glad I called Allied and Reliable this was absolutely the way to go. I got great tips and advise the check list was so helpful with all the little details of everything that had to be cancelled when moving across country. The team of movers was so courteous and professional and fast they put me at ease and a week later I am all moved into my new home. I would absolutely recommend Reliable to anyone who has to make a move it was such a relief not to have to haul boxes or drive 1,100 miles towing everything I owned, using Allied/Reliable Van and Storage is the only way to move.
