🚚 Reliable Van & Storage is taking extra precaution to prevent the Corona virus spread. 

Some measures we are taking include:

Virtual Estimates

Each member of our sales team has  at least 10 years of experience in the industry. With video technology, face-to-face time can be eliminated while still ensuring you receive an accurate moving estimate. 

Practicing good hygiene  

We have increased sanitation and housekeeping throughout our office and warehouse. This includes frequent disinfecting of keypads, restrooms, surfaces, and door handles. We also posted flyers throughout the office as a reminder to all staff. All non-essential visitors are not allowed to access our facility. On the job, our drivers and crew members are wearing gloves, and frequently sanitizing their hands. All of our packing material is sanitized.  


Pre Move Wellness Checks 

Prior to the move date, we contact our customers to inquire if anyone at the residence has or may have contracted corona virus or is in isolation due to exposure. Depending on the circumstances, we may postpone  to mitigate the risk for our team and our customers.

Social Distancing

One of the most crucial steps we are taking is implementing social distancing protocols. All team members maintain this 6-foot distance rule at all times.  Our staff does not greet customers with handshakes, all employees who recently traveled or are experiencing symptoms are required to work remotely for at least two weeks.
